Emmanuel Emenike will not make his debut for Las Palmas when they face La Liga pacesetters Barcelona at Estadio de Gran Canaria on Thursday, March 1.

The former Nigeria international did not train with the first-teamers on Tuesday as he is still recovering from a knee injury he suffered after signing for La Union Deportiva.

Winter arrivals Oghenekaro Etebo and Imoh Ezekiel were pictured training with the first team this morning, and are in line to feature, barring any new development regarding injuries.

Manager Jemez will announce his roster at the end of tomorrow’s training, which begins at El Hornillo Sports Complex at 1030 hours.

Since Etebo joined Las Palmas on loan from Feirense, they have won once, drawn twice and lost against Sevilla while conceding two goals.

Meanwhile, Super Eagles strikers Brown Ideye and Isaac Success have been named to Malaga’s 20-player provisional squad for tomorrow’s home match against Sevilla.

Watford loanee Success has not featured for Malaga in their last three matches in the division as a result of fitness concerns.
