Adron Homes and Properties Limited has unveiled a new estate in Emure-Imota, Ikorodu, known as Town Parks and Gardens.
At the ground-breaking of the estate, also called City of Rome, the Chief Executive Officer, Adron Homes, Oba-Adetola Emmanuelking, said the project was initiated in 2016 on 800 acres of land.
He stated that the firm planned to use the expansive land acquired to develop a unique estate with facilities that would rank among the best in the world.
EmmanualKing said the estate had been conceived and designed as an instrument to create peace, tranquillity and comfort for its potential landlords and residents.
He explained, “Our vision and mission is to create happiness through our estates. What is particularly interesting is that the set of Nigerians targeted for land and home ownership in this estate are people in the middle class.
“It is common knowledge that Nigeria is a land where the social and economic gap between the rich and poor is very wide. It is against this background that we are building this estate to create happiness and social development, which is one of the challenges facing this country.”
He added that the estate had also been created to address the lack of social amenities.
The ground-breaking was conducted by the Akarigbo of Remo land, Oba Babatunde Ajayi, and attended by other traditional rulers, including the Olofin of Ilisan, Ewu of Makun, Elepe of Epe, Lisa of Emuren, as well as chiefs and baales from Emuren and Imota.
Some of the invitees were also given the opportunity to acquire land in the estate through the offering of 40 per cent discount.
