American hip hop artiste, Jermaine Lamarr Cole, popularly  known as J. Cole, arrived Lagos on Thursday ahead of a scheduled performance in the city .

The rapper will be performing alongside Nigerian singers Davido and Wizkid on Friday at a concert.

J. Cole, who is a self-taught pianist, is visiting Nigeria for the first time.

Asides his performing career, J. Cole also acts as a producer producing singles for artists such as Kendrick Lamar and Janet Jackson, as well as handling the majority of the production in his own projects.
