Those who call Ibadan clothier and wardrobe consultant, Bashy Kuti a show stopper may not be wrong as he was the cynosure of all eyes when Sifax boss, Dr. Taiwo Afolabi hosted a lavish wedding for his son, Yinka.

The wedding, which had all the trappings of a society wedding, had the crème de la crème of the society within and outside Lagos turned out to honour Sifax on his big day.

The excitement at Habour Point, Victoria Island, Lagos State, venue of the reception, was palpable as the parents of the bride and the groom parents did not spare any to host the world at their kids’ wedding.

Present at the event were traditional rulers, including the Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi, the Elegushi of Ikate land, Oba Saheed Elegushi among others.

It was a big day for the new couple as dignitaries showered them with gifts and encomiums, while Shuga band supplied music to the delight of the guests.

Bashy, clad in a white kaftan Agbada with his trademark cap, was a guest at the wedding and showed why he’s rated as one of the best dressed clothiers, as many people flocked around his table to either take pictures with him or get his contact.

Bashy, who runs one of the biggest fashion companies in the South West is the wardrobe consultant to many politicians and industry giants.
