YENAGOA—THE Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, NCDMB, second annual essay competition for undergraduates is scheduled to hold in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital, later this year.

In a statement in Yenagoa by Mr. Eyinimi Omorozi, Managing Director,   Mahogany Centre, consultants to the NCDMB, the panel of assessors and panels of judges for the competition have been constituted.
