Bedmate Furniture says it has changed the narrative of doing business in Nigeria since it began operations in the country in 2002.
The Ikeja Showroom Manager, Bedmate Furniture, Ruth Kakulu, stated at the company’s 16th anniversary in Lagos that the feat was achieved with the introduction of exquisite and bespoke products ranging from furniture for office, home and hotel.
Kakulu said, “We are purpose and quality driven; so, we pay special attention to raw materials of very good quality and standards that go into making our furniture. The rich combination of our European and Italian designs and leathers give the ultimate and exquisite class all the time.
“We have a wide range of furnishing styles such as beech and maple desks, leather chairs, mesh chairs with cantilever and Corina materials, workstation, computer and receptionist desk and many more. In addition to the delivery of state of the art furniture to customers, we also offer technical services, after sales/customer services and transportation services.”
At the anniversary event tagged, ‘Bedmate at 16’, guests were treated to a ‘meet and greet’ with other clients and celebrities, and were given gifts and discounts on products.
“It has been a long and beautiful ride from the time of inception till date,” Kakulu said.
According to her, in the quest to translate creativity into craftsmanship, two investors, Mr James Chi and Mr Sun Chi, came together to form Bedmate with the purpose of fusing excellence, class, durability and lifestyle.
“Bedmate started in Nigeria in June 2002 in Lagos and has grown. It started with just one showroom here in Lagos and has now grown to about nine different showrooms with presence in Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt,” she added.
The Managing Director, Bedmate Furniture, Mr David Liu, said the firm had been standing strong over the years due to its customers support.
“I want to appreciate all our customers and everyone else, especially those who took out time to come and celebrate our 16th anniversary with us,” he added.
