Lekai construction boss, Lekan Osifeso, is regarded as a businessman and socialite, but these days, his moves, talks and association point to another direction outside of his known interest, as in Some days ago, during a press briefing by the winner of the APC’S governorship ticket in Lagos State (Mr Jide Sanwo-Olu), Osifeso was part of his team.

To onlookers, the Ijebu-born businessman is towing unfamiliar path as he now plays active politics.

Those who know him said he picked his interest during the Goodluck Jonathan days as the President. He featured in some Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) activities in the South/South and also played underground roles.

In 2018, the man, who has never stopped identifying with Lagos State as his base, has wormed his way into the politics of the state as he courts some top politicians and party chiefs.

Some days ago, during a press briefing by the winner of the APC’S governorship ticket in Lagos State (Mr Jide Sanwo-Olu), Osifeso was part of his team, he was seated next to Sanwo-Olu on the high table prompting the need for people to ask what his relationship with the former Commissioner is.
