Atiku Abubakar, the Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has defeated President Muhammadu Buhari in the presidential election in Rivers State. Atiku polled 473,971, while Buhari polled 150,710. INEC returning officer made the announcement at the electoral body collation center in Abuja.
