ETAP AYIP—THE land dispute between the people of Etap Ayip, Kasuk Qua Clan II and Ikot Ansa, both in Calabar Municipal Local Government Area, Cross River State, has exacerbated with the latest incursion and destruction of over 2,000 palm trees, raffia palms and other economic trees on the contentious swampy acreage by attackers numbering over 40, supposedly from the latter community
