Uber Greenlight Hub spreads to Abuja

AS part of its continued commitment to driver-partners, Uber has announced the official opening of its Greenlight Hub in Abuja, Nigeria. Strategically located at the upscale Jabi Lake Mall in Abuja, the Uber Greenlight Hub will be open five days a week, and will serve as a resource centre where existing and potential driver-partners can receive support for app-related inquiries.

China leads Porsche sales in 2018

A STRONG year for the Stuttgart-based sports car manufacturer: Porsche AG delivered 256,255 vehicles worldwide in 2018 – more than ever before. This represents a growth of four per cent compared to the existing record figures of the preceding year. Of the model series, the Panamera recorded the strongest percentage growth with a 38 per cent increase to 38,443 deliveries. The 911 also recorded a double-digit rise: despite the release of a new generation of 911, the number of sports cars delivered increased by ten per cent to 35,573 vehicles.

Stallion adds Kicks to Nissan SUV lineup

STALLION NMN, the Nissan Sales Company has premiered the Kicks, Nissan’s next generation B-segment crossover SUV, promising to assemble at least 500 units annually to ensure the vehicle is accessible and affordably priced. The kick is a 1.6 litre compact SUV with maximum power of 88kw and 149Nm of torque. It is very fuel efficient. Nissan claims that the Kicks can travel 16.4 kilometres with one litre of fuel within the city and 17.8 kilometres per litre of petrol on highway.
