TWO revolutionary groups, Niger Delta Revolutionary Crusaders, NDRC, and 21st Century Youths of Niger Delta, said, yesterday, that the call-off of the ceasefire deal with the Federal Government by Niger Delta Creek Warriors, an alleged coalition of agitators in the oil region, was a decoy to militarise the region and manipulate the forthcoming election in favour of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
