The  Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has stalled further hearing in the charge it filed against the Senator representing Delta North senatorial district, Peter Nwaoboshi, before a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, as it declined to agree to Justice Mohammed Idris continuing with the case.

A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos Wednesday, adjourned till Thursday, for the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, to decide on whether the court should continue with the  trial of the Senator representing Delta North senatorial district, Peter Nwaoboshi, as the case cannot  go on without the consent of the commission.

Court adjourns further trial of Nwaoboshi till July 2

A  Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, has adjourned till July 2, 2018, further  trial of Senator Peter Nwaoboshi, a Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, chieftain and two firms,  Golden Touch Construction Project Limited and Suiming Electricals Limited, who  are facing a two-count charge of conspiracy and money laundering preferred against them by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

I’ll come out vindicated, Nwaoboshi assures
