UGHELLI—THE publisher of an Ughelli-based tabloid, Ughelli Times Magazine, Daniel Ekuigbo, has regained his freedom four months after he was arrested in Ughelli and whisked away to Asaba by operatives of the Department of State Services, DSS.

When contacted, his elder brother, Abel Ekuigbo said: “Yes, he has been released and that is all I can say for now.”

The publisher, who is a top executive of the Urhobo Media Group, a media group made up of Urhobo media practitioners, spent over one month in custody of the Delta State command of the DSS before he was taken to Abuja .
