TREASURER of Host Communities of Nigeria Producing Oil and Gas, HOSTCOM, Mr Joseph Lamiengha, has described the construction of roads in Ogulagha Kingdom, Obotobo I, Obotobo 2, Sekebolou, Yokiri, Ogulagha, Youbebe and other communities in Burutu Local Government Area, Delta State, by the state government as a confirmation of the state government’s commitment to the development of infrastructure.

Lamiengha, who is also the Organising Secretary of Delta State Oil Mineral Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC,  Indigenous Contractors Forum, felicitated with Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on his birthday, describing him as a trailblazer.

Briefing newsmen in Warri, Lamiengha said: “The dividends of democracy in Delta under the watch of Okowa have surpassed what he promised the people of the state during the 2015 electioneering campaigns.  The best thing to wish him is to pray for his success at the polls in 2019.”
