The Chief Executive Officer, Glenwood Property Development Company, Mrs. Noimot Olatunji, has said that investors should take advantage of the development currently ongoing in the Ibeju-Lekki area of Lagos State as it promises huge returns on investment.
“Investment in the Ibeju-Lekki axis of Lagos State, including the Lekki Free Trade Zone, will create over 300,000 direct and indirect jobs in the next three years. The direct consequence will be huge pressure on existing infrastructure and a surge in demand for housing at all levels; and the available and proposed housing stock in the area is unlikely to meet the anticipated demand,” she said.
Olatunji spoke at the inauguration of the company’s project, Lyndale Mews, in Ibeju-Lekki, adding that the fast growing area had huge potential.
She stated that the company had positioned itself to play a strategic role in the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors, starting with Lyndale Mews, which consists of 32 terrace houses and apartments, with a play area and central services, as well as housing units and land in several other estates for prospective homeowners and investors.
