There have been reports of a seven-page letter allegedly written by the DSS to the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami stating that the acting Chairman of the EFCC, Ibrahim Magu was a ‘perennial offender’.
The Senate had rejected his nomination as Chairman of the anti-graft agency twice.
But the recently seen letter disclosed that the presidency renominated while disregarding the memo by the DSS.
