Ado-Ekiti-An interest group, under the aegis of the Ekiti South For Governor Forum has commended aspirants from the zone for putting up a good fight at the last primaries.

ESFG forum noted that the aspirants would have learnt one or two lessons and would be better prepared for the 2022 governorship race.

ESFG Forum Chairman, Chief Oluwole Ariyo, in a statement on Thursday commended APC aspirants from Ekiti South but noted that “realities on ground” prevented any of them from clinching the ticket.

He expressed confidence that 2022 offers governorship hopefuls from Ekiti South another opportunity stressing that the next election year in the Fountain of Knowledge is closer than it appears to be.
