He said, “We have products that competitors don’t have and they have been very impactful in terms of our revenue generation and customer acquisition. It is been a very tough journey in the last nine months towards achieving this certification. When we set the target, some of our staff members resigned thinking we could not meet up, but today, here we are the first in the industry to have this ISO certificate.
“This is the beginning of new things in the electronic payment world. For us, we are very innovative, we like to innovate, we like to think of tomorrow because we are building legacy that will live after us and for us to be able to do that we have to re-invent ourselves.
The certification gives us great opportunities to be able to roll out a lot of solutions. The only way to be sustainable in business is innovation, that is part of our vision, and we are always thinking of doing new things.”
