CHINESE fried rice, named after Chaofan, is an easy-to-make delicacy. With the stir-fry technique that requires the use of Chinese wok and the use of soy sauce as a seasoning, it is one of Chinese’s contemporary cuisines.
Let us see how to cook Chinese fried rice.
Diced barbecue pork
Dark soy sauce
Light soy sauce

Preheat a frying pan to medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of groundnut oil into it.
Crack some eggs into a bowl and stir it with a fork. Pour the stirred eggs into the pan and fry it for a minute.
Remove the egg from the pan. Put another tablespoon of oil into the pan, and then add onions, ginger and garlic.
Fry the mixture for 15 seconds.
Add barbecue pork and shrimp into the pan. Add other toppings if you like.
Then fry and stir for 15 seconds. Add rice and continue to stir for 2 – 3 minutes. Add ¼ cup of water if you want the rice to get softer.
Add sesame oil, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and stir for 1 minute.
Slice the fried egg into small pieces and put them into the pan, and add green onions, and then stir for 30 seconds.
Add other vegetables and cook till the water is dry. Enjoy your Chinese fried rice.
