Babatunde Fashola, minister of works, power and housing, abruptly ended his question and session at the Lafarge Road Summit in Lagos on Friday.

The minister was answering questions from the audience after his speech at the event, which held at the Intercontinental hotel in Lagos when he told the crowd that he was not feeling well.

Fashola was midway into his sentence when he paused and said, “I’m not feeling well”.

Afterwards, the former Lagos state governor was led off the stage.

The programme moved on to a panel session without Fashola.

Earlier on in his speech, the minister had announced that the Dangote Group had decided to extend the reconstruction of the Apapa Wharf road to Oshodi.
