Real estate portal, ToLet.com.ng, has launched a luxury real estate and lifestyle publication, Prestige Magazine.

According to the firm, the magazine is filled with property listings from the portal, offering its clients additional exposure, while simultaneously catering to the needs of the high net worth real estate consumers, international property investors and Nigeria’s burgeoning expatriate community.

The Editor-in-Chief of Prestige Magazine, Dupe Awobajo, said over 12,000 copies of the free glossy magazine had already been distributed via a network of handpicked locations across the country, including four and five star hotels, membership-only clubs and airport VIP lounges, and could also be found as part of the in-flight entertainment on major airlines, with an online version.

Awobajo said, “The magazine has received a lot of praise from real estate firms across Nigeria, which see it as an avenue to market real estate on behalf of high profile clients that value privacy and are thus wary of any form of digital footprint for their property listings.

“The listings are complete with the information needed to directly contact the appropriate agent, allowing investors and home seekers to begin their search for first rate real estate by simply picking up a copy of the latest issue.”

According to Awobajo, the magazine focuses on providing readers with an aesthetically pleasing presentation and that both the editorial and visual concepts behind the magazine are streamlined and organised with a clear focus on the subject of luxury and real estate, and delivered in a clean and elegant fashion.

“The brand of the magazine reflects that of its parent company, Tolet.com.ng. This magazine launch marks an exciting time for Tolet.com.ng. It is extremely satisfying and inspiring to see it as a finished product,” she said.
