APCA governorship aspirant, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has charged members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), to insist on direct primaries in picking the party’s candidates for the 2019 general elections.

Abiodun wondered why the party leadership the party wanted indirect primaries against direct method.

He urged them to fight for their freedom and allow their vote to count by choosing their candidate by themselves.

Abiodun made this charge during his whistle-stop tour with members of Ogun APC in Abeokuta South, Imeko Afon and Yewa North local governments.

He described the plan to elect flag bearers of the party for 2019 election through the delegate system as an indirect admittance of failure on the part of the present administration in the state.
