Super Eagles Coach , Gernot Rohr has visited Noah Joel Bazee in Germany, following his invitation to Nigeria national team for the friendly games against Senegal and Burkina Faso.
The 20-year-old who plays for Hannover 96 in the second division was born to Nigerian and German parents – and was among the surprise players invited by Rohr.
The visit was captured by the Nigeria Super Eagles official Twitter handle.
Bazee was on parade for Hannover 96 in their 2-0 win over Karlsruher SC on Saturday. The forward who was cautioned in the 35th minute was replaced in the 58th minute by Niclas Fuellkrug. His invitation to the Super Eagles would spark up competition in the three-time Africa champions attack ahead this year’s Africa Cup of Nations and Fifa World Cup qualifiers.
Bazee has featured 11 times for his Bundesliga-chasing side this season with a goal to his name.
Earlier on, the German tactician paid a visit to Mainz defender, Leon Balogun.
Meanwhile, Nigerian pair Ahmed Musa and Wilfred Ndidi jetted out to Dubai, United Arab Emirates on Sunday morning for a training camp with the Leicester City squad ahead of their crucial Champions League tie with Sevilla early next week.
The Foxes owners have approved the trip for the squad to undergo warm weather training and new players, including the Super Eagles stars, to socialize in a different environment.
Musa joined the Premier League champions from CSKA Moscow last summer, before Ndidi linked up with him two months ago from Racing Genk.
The attacker has featured in an impressive 29 games in all competitions since his arrival, while the defensive midfielder has ten games under his belt.
Leicester City squad will remain in the United Arab Emirates until Wednesday before returning to the United Kingdom.
