Oluode who led the team to the championships told NAN from India that he attributed the athletes’ performance to adequate preparation.
“The federation is proud of the achievement of the athletes in India and we hope they will do more in other international engagement.
“This feat would not be possible without the generous input of the federation president and our sponsors,” she said.
NAN reports that Ayomide Bello, Blessing Amusar, Goodluck Gbamire and Richard Pere-Permotei represented the country in the championships. (NAN)
