The Kano State Government has approved the payment of salaries of workers in the state to allow proper celebrations of the Eid al-Fitr holidays.  This was made known in a statement released by the state’s Commissioner for Information, Muhammad Garba. The statement requested that banks in the state ensure workers access their salaries.

“The governor also wishes all workers delightful celebrations,” the statement added, enjoining workers to reciprocate the government’s gesture by being dedicated to their service.
