The Oyo State Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Mr Toye Arulogun, according to a statement on Wednesday, will lead other dignitaries and special guests to the ceremony, while the Chairman of Ibadan Southwest Local Government, Taoreed Adeleke, and the Baale of Elewura will welcome the new restaurant to the community.

The new, purpose-built facility, according to the statement by the Managing Executive, UAC Restaurants, Mrs Joan Ihekwaba, comes on the heels of Mr Biggs Food Fest, an out-of-restaurant activation that showcased the rich array of improved menu offerings available to consumers, which held earlier in the year.

Ihekwaba stated, “The new Mr Bigg’s restaurant in Challenge is built with the company’s latest brand build design, contemporary in all ramifications and adorned to suit the lifestyle and taste of our target market, consisting mainly of youths and young adults. It is tastefully furnished to take care of various seating styles, ranging from single to family and group without leaving out the kids for whom we have always had special consideration in our restaurants over the years.

“For this important component of the family, there is an added innovation incorporated to ensure that they are not left out of the delightful satisfaction and pleasure on offer at Mr Bigg’s, Challenge”.
