Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Leo Da Silva who has been in the middle of some controversy between his strategic partner, Alex and Tobi since he revealed to show host Ebuka that he was going to pursue another relationship outside the house, was recently at NET TV where he revealed some details about his relationship status.

According to Leo, he made it clear to Alex from the start that he liked someone while he was outside the Big Brother house.

‘I told Alex that I liked someone outside the house. I said it several times. I also explained to Ifu when she wanted to know exactly what we were doing. But I feel a lot of people didn’t understand because Ifu is a straight shooter’.

Leo also added; ‘I actually confirmed it to her that I have someone I like, and I have been friends with for a while. I take my life step by step and I don’t feel I should abandon my two-year friendship for someone I have been friends with for just two months’.

Recall that himself and Alex were really close when they were in the house and Alex wept profusely when he got evicted from the house. As a matter of fact, Alex was inconsolable for three days as she mourned her ‘lover’s’ exit.

When asked why he was jealous of Alex and Tobi’s new found friendship while in the house, Leo revealed that he was not jealous, but rather surprised that Alex could leave his arms and go running to another man ( Tobi’s) arms.

‘I was sitting by myself and Alex came to sit next to me, for some reason, she decided to leave my arm and go and fall on top of Tobi. and I told her I was not pleased’.

‘It is not a jealousy thing, Tobi is my boy and it seemed like he started to disrespect me because of Alex, so I started feeling that I was part of Alex’s game plan, but we moved past it and she apologised for it.
