

Lawoyin, who filed her petition in a suit no EPT/OS/GOV/02/2018 on Monday had sought five orders wherein she as the 1st plaintiff and her as 2nd plaintiff joined the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), as 1st respondent, Mr Isiaka Gboyega Oyetola as 2nd respondent, while the All Progressives Congress (APC), was listed as 3rd respondent.
According to the certified true copy of the orders obtained by Tribune Online in Osogbo, which was signed by the chairman of the 3-man tribunal, Justice Muhammad Ibrahim Sirajo,” an order of this tribunal granting leave to the applicants to file and move this instant application before the pre-hearing session.”
“An order of this tribunal granting leave to the applicants therein to serve 2nd and 3rd respondents in this petition orders of the court and other processes that may be filed in this petition by substituted means, to wit: by pasting at the notice board of this tribunal.”
“An order of this tribunal granting leave to the petitioners to inspect election materials and documents relating to Osun State Governorship elections held on the 22nd and 27th of September, 2018 for the adequate prosecution of the petitioners’ petition.”
“That an order compelling, or mandating the 1st respondent (INEC) to release the certified true copies of all the documents forms and ballot papers used for the Osun State Governorship election of 22nd September and the Re-run of 27th September 2018 subject to the payment of required certification fees.”
