PEOPLES Democratic Party, PDP, senatorial candidate for Edo South senatorial district in next month’s general election, Senator Matthew Urhoghide, has explained that PDP was not competing with All Progressives Congress, APC, but against the visible underdevelopment, hunger and sufferings currently being experienced in the country caused by APC.
