ABUJA—-The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Thursday, struck out seven out of the nine-count criminal charge the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, preferred against former President Goodluck Jonathan’s cousin, Mr. Robert Azibaola.
