How to send large files via emailA major challenge we face when transferring files via email is the issue of size.

Every email service has a size limit for attachments. Therefore, it becomes absolutely impossible to send large files via email.

To overcome these challenge, web users have had to resort to the use of tools like Google drive, Dropbox and OneDrive.

The problem with these tools is that they’re primarily storage and/or collaborative platforms and not just for sending files. This means you have to upload your files to their servers for storage before you can send those files and you must have an account with them before you can upload files to their servers. The sent files will also remain on their servers till they’re deleted which means those files will clog your cloud storage and reduce the size available to store important files that you will like to retain.

Now, what if I just want to send a large file and I don’t want it retained anywhere? What if I don’t have an account with Google, Dropbox or OneDrive?

The following services allow you to send large files without opening an account or clogging your cloud storage

WETRANSFER

WeTransfer allows you to send up 2GB free and up to 20GB on their plus plan. Click here to start sending files via wetransfer

WESENDIT
