Luxury real estate company, Sujimoto Construction, has unveiled its new project, the Giuliano By Sujimoto, located in Banana Island.
The Managing Director, Sujimoto, Mr. Sijibomi Ogundele, described the Giuliano as more than just a project, but a game changer designed to redefine the way people live.
Ogundele said the project was inspired by the works of the Medici Family, with the functionality of 21st Century lifestyle to give Nigerian investors value for money and strong competitive edge over other projects in terms of style and finishing.
He stated, “It brings exclusivity, location and quality together in one space. This is a 10-unit super luxury terrace house with two pent houses. Before bringing it to the public, we want to introduce it to the brokers and agents for them to understand the reason for the project and the story behind it.
“The project is for residential use and will be completed by October. It is an affordable luxury, which means it has been compared with what is in the market and has been found to be cheaper. We have also developed a flexible payment plan where investors make a minimum deposit and spread the payment over 10 months.”
He explained that in terms of features and facilities, the almost sold-out project would surpass the competition in Ikoyi and environs by offering two fully fitted kitchens, full home automation, private elevators in each unit, two maid rooms, three car parks per unit, standard semi-Olympic size swimming pool and spectacular landscaping, among others.
He stated that the Giuliano offered 19 per cent return on investment on equity and nine per cent return on investment on annual rent.
